The Kicking System (TKS) had another successful day on the field, this time with a large number of football specialists from all over San Diego County. We had the opportunity today to work with Adam from El Camino High School, who is a freshman and a rising star in the kicking landscape.
Adam had a fantastic first session and came home with a lot of homework. The session began with the TKS Dynamic Performance Warm-Up (DPW) and then concentrated on field goals and kickoffs, specifically on improving follow through and skipping through the ball. He finished the day with a 45-yard field goal and plenty of room to spare.
TKS also used technology to help speed up his kicking adjustments by using video analysis and data. “We were able to make adjustments that would have taken months, all thanks to technology,” and he went on to say, “Adam has a bright future!”
