Stretch & Release Techniques for Kickers (Football)

TKS teamed up with stretching guru, Nathan Briner, over this past summer on a Yoga retreat in Mexico. While in Mexico, Nathan developed a key stretch and release routine for kickers and punters for football.  In this video you can find valuable techniques to help release your hips and increase your kicking power.
